1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 The general terms apply when you, as a consumer, place an order via Viarelli. An agreement is established between you and North European Trust AB, organization number 556681-3167 (referred to as NET AB). Detailed contact information, as well as other information about the Website / NET AB, can be found under Customer Service. The terms apply only to consumers who place orders via the aforementioned websites.
1.2 We adhere to the Consumer Sales Act as well as the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
1.3 To place an order, you must be of legal age (18 years). According to Swedish law, we do not approve credit purchases for individuals under 18 years. We reserve the right to refuse or modify your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect information and/or if payment has not gone through). NET AB cannot register motor vehicles for individuals under 18 years.
1.4 Sales are based on availability, and we disclaim any liability for any errors in images or text on any of the websites, such as errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, or inaccurate information about stock levels.
1.5 The information on the websites, and all content, is owned by NET AB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. Information about products and other content may not be copied or used without our written consent.
2. ORDERS
2.1 Your order will be confirmed with a written order confirmation via email. If you have not received an order confirmation within 2 hours, please check your spam folder. Carefully review your order confirmation and ensure that all details are accurate. Also, save your order confirmation and have it available when contacting us.
3. PRICES, PAYMENT & FEES
3.1 All prices on Viarelli are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including Swedish VAT.
3.2 Payment can be made using the methods shown on the website. We have the right to collect payment when you place the order unless an invoice or similar payment method has been chosen and approved by us. Please note that limitations for payment methods are specified on the website.
3.3 Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

In order to offer a range of payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, and order information with the provider of each respective payment service. We recommend that you read our privacy policy here.

3.4 Email Communication
In connection with a purchase from the website, you will receive between 1 – 5 onboarding and/or FAQ emails that explain the product and provide inspiration for your product. These emails cannot be unsubscribed from unless you choose to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS AND TRANSPORT
4.1 Shipments
All orders are subject to a shipping cost unless otherwise stated. The shipping cost is indicated on the respective product page. When you order vehicles and spare parts or accessories in the same order, you only pay the shipping indicated for the vehicle, except for vehicles that have free shipping, where separate shipping for accessories and spare parts is added. When ordering two or more vehicles in the same order, the shipping cost is discounted.
4.2 Logistics
Our products are primarily delivered by DHL. Smaller shipments can also be sent via PostNord. The normal delivery time for stocked products is approximately 1-3 business days. However, for deliveries to sparsely populated areas, islands, or locations where DHL does not have daily deliveries, as well as during peak seasons, the delivery time may be longer, and we cannot be held responsible for this. Please contact DHL to check the delivery time for your specific location and to track your shipment. If the service book is missing upon delivery of your moped, you must contact Viarelli within 5 business days regarding this. The service book is a valuable document and cannot be supplemented after the contact deadline.
4.3 Transport Damages
Transport damages should be reported to the carrier first. This should be done as soon as the damage is discovered, but no later than 7 days after receipt. Once you have received a reference number from the carrier, you should also report the transport damage to our customer service.
4.4 Unclaimed/Undelivered Goods
Unclaimed shipments are charged with shipping and return shipping costs at full value, as well as a handling fee of 100 SEK for letters/parcel letters and 200 SEK for packages.
4.5 Change of Delivery Address
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing an order, as we do not have the ability to change it afterward.
5. CANCEL AN ORDER
5.1 If you wish to cancel a placed order, contact our customer service at hello@viarelli.com. If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation, we have the right to charge compensation for the actual costs we have incurred in connection with your order.
6. RETURN POLICY
6.1 Sometimes, the purchase does not turn out as we want it to, unfortunately. As a customer of Viarelli, you have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. You have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to determine its characteristics and function. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, this must be communicated to us as soon as possible but within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
For the benefit of both you and us, we prefer that you use our return form and include it in the return shipment. If the product you are returning has been used, worn, damaged, or handled in any way other than what is necessary to determine its characteristics and function, we have the right to make a so-called benefit deduction as well as a deduction for any decrease in value of the product. The size of this deduction is assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping
You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping. You are free to choose how the package is transported back to us. Since you are responsible until the package reaches us, we recommend that you keep the packaging until you are certain that you want to keep the product. We can assist with a return shipping label; contact customer service for a price quote. Returns cannot be made against cash-on-delivery. Repayment or crediting of the invoice will be done within 14 days from the date we receive the return.
7. WARRANTY
We provide a warranty on all products we sell. The specific warranty for a particular product is stated on the respective product page. If the service book is missing upon delivery of your moped, you must contact Viarelli within 5 business days regarding this. If the moped has been serviced without a service book, we cannot provide any warranty. Read more under 4.2.
8. CLAIMS
If it turns out that there is a defect in a product you have ordered, you have the right to make a claim. You should notify us that you want to make a claim as soon as possible after discovering the defect. For the fastest processing, we recommend that you make a claim via our claims form on…
9. DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, as a customer, you have the option to turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) to have your case examined. To contact ARN, visit www.arn.se. Our policy is to follow ARN’s recommendations.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Events such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and equivalent events beyond our control that could not have been foreseen shall be considered force majeure. This means that NET AB is released from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements.
